- 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt and/or herbs of choice
Cut the block of cheese into small, irregular cubes.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cover with a clean kitchen towel and allow to dry out at room temperature for 24h.
When dried out, preheat oven to 200 C/390 F, fan on.
Bake the cheese cubes at 200 C/390 F for 3-5 minutes or until they puff up.
Allow to cool down for 10 minutes.
Optional, add melted butter or olive oil and herbs and toss to coat.
