Cauliflower is becoming a lot more popular as a low carb substitute for potatoes, and even pizza crusts!  Really, you can come across almost anything made with cauliflower these days!

 

This cheesy cauliflower soup is very simple to make and so tasty!

 

Try out this cheesy cauliflower soup, even though you’re not cutting carbs, you’ll see how great low carb food can be!

Instructions
  1. In a slow cooker, add cauliflower, broth, mustard, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
  3. Add cheddar cheese and puree jn a blender.
  4. Add pepper flakes, and additional salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with some chopped green onion.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
