Here is a rice that changes the usual Asian rice . The textures are really wonderful: on one side we have the crunchy corn, and on the other the creamy red beans. I suggest this veggie recipe to anyone who loves tex-mex!

You will discover that Mexican food is no longer limited to tacos and enchiladas. This seared dish, which contains basmati rice, is quite Mexican thanks to the spicy chili powder and the nourishing beans.

I like to make this pan of Mexican rice. It’s a simple way to integrate plant proteins into our diet. It has everything you need to make it a balanced vegetarian dish.

It’s a meal that is prepared extremely quickly and is perfect to empty your fridge.
