  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and heavy cream.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the cheese, flax seed meal, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture into a tray and spread evenly.
  4. Dip each steak into the egg mixture and then dip into Parmesan mixture, pressing each side.
  5. Cook the steaks in the fryer for 6 minutes each side. Serve with squeezed lemon and enjoy!
