  1. Prepare your nonstick cookie sheet and place a parchment paper, you can also use a silpat for this.
  2. Pre heat the oven at 350F.
  3. In a medium size bowl, mashed the bananas, make sure your bananas are super ripe.
  4. Add in the oats. Mix well.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and fold.
  6. Drop by tablespoon onto the cookie sheet. About 1 inch apart. You can make 16 cookies.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for few minutes.
